Helen Cole Musgrave

Helen Cole Musgrave, age 91, died peacefully on April 5, 2019 in Hot Springs, AR.

She was born April 16, 1927 in Midwest City, Oklahoma, and attended Midwest City High School until 1945. Her passion for aviation led to course work in flying, where she studied navigation. She was selected out of just a few who flew World War II aircraft from the assembly line to various locations for overseas duties.

Her varied interests included golf, garden clubs, and Chinese scroll painting. Her international travel included living in Taiwan, Europe, and trips to Scotland and England. Known by her many friends for her bright smile, and easy humor and sweet, kind soul. She will be sorely missed.

Survivors include her son, Steven Cole, her sister Ruthe, one granddaughter and four great grandchildren.

A memorial service on April 17, 2019 will be held at 10:00 A.M. at the Village Church of Christ. Arrangements have been entrusted to CedarVale Funeral Home of Hot Springs Village, AR.
